What is included in Pro?
Everything in the app, without limits — loads, vehicles, optimizations, 3D packing, weight and axle balancing, group routing and integrations. The CargoDuo API is included too.
How are seats priced?
Pro is billed per seat, per month. Larger teams pay less per seat: when your seat count reaches a volume tier, the discount applies to every seat and stays on for as long as you keep them. A plan can also set a minimum number of seats, which is shown with its price.
Do you count or meter loads?
Never in the app — we don’t count loads, items, containers or optimizations.
Is the API included in my plan?
Yes — the CargoDuo API is included with Pro and Enterprise. The free trial does not include it.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is our plan for large organizations: custom features and packing rules, 24/7 dedicated support, security and procurement controls (SSO/SAML, SLA), regional data residency, and a proposal shaped around your scale. Tell us how much you ship and we price it for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro has no long-term contract — cancel whenever you like and you keep full access until the end of your billing period.
