Do I need a credit card to start?
No. CargoDuo begins with a 14-day free trial — no credit card, no commitment. You get full, unlimited access from the first minute, and you only add billing if you decide to keep going.
What happens when the 14-day free trial ends?
That’s your call. Nothing is charged automatically — there’s no card on file. If you don’t move to Pro, your access is restricted after day 14. Upgrade mid-trial and Pro is active straight away.
What is included in Pro?
Everything in the app, without limits — loads, vehicles, optimizations, 3D packing, weight and axle balancing, group routing and integrations. Only the developer API is sold separately, as a paid add-on.
Do you count or meter loads?
Never in the app — we don’t count loads, items, containers or optimizations. Only the API add-on runs on credits.
Is the API included in my plan?
No. It’s a paid add-on and needs an active Pro or Enterprise plan. Your seats stay the same; API usage runs on its own credit balance.
How is API usage priced?
By quote — contact us for pricing. The API runs on credits: a request costs more the longer the algorithm works on your load. Each month you automatically get credits worth what you pay for your subscription, and extra credits can be added for an additional charge.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise is our plan for large organizations: custom features and solver rules, 24/7 dedicated support, security and procurement controls (SSO/SAML, SLA), regional data residency, and a proposal shaped around your scale. Tell us how much you ship and we price it for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro has no long-term contract — cancel whenever you like and you keep full access until the end of your billing period.
