How long does a loading plan take?
Four seconds is the planning budget for a full trailer. In that window our loading algorithm runs 48 placement trials in parallel and the highest-scoring plan wins; smaller pallet loads come back sooner.
Which vehicle types are supported?
20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers, 13.6 m curtainsiders and flatbeds, 7.5 t and 12 t rigid trucks, Euro and standard pallets, and aircraft main decks. Anything outside the catalogue can be added with its own internal dimensions, payload, and axle positions.
Does it calculate axle loads?
Yes. Every plan reports the load on each axle against its limit, the left–right split, and where the center of gravity sits — so an overloaded axle is caught before the truck leaves the yard.
Can I import my cargo list from Excel?
Yes. Upload an .xlsx file with your cargo lines, and export the finished plan back to Excel or PDF for the dock.
How does the loading crew see the plan?
Export a PDF with the step-by-step loading order, or share a link that opens the 3D plan in a browser — nothing to install on the warehouse side.
