CargoDuo is a 3D load-planning platform for logistics teams. We help shippers, 3PLs, and warehouse operators send fewer trucks per route by giving the planner a tool that respects how trailers are actually packed and unpacked.
Most load plans are still made by hand.
Most outbound trucks leave the yard with capacity left on the trailer — not because the planner did anything wrong, but because the tools they have don't see the constraints the dock sees. Stacking rules, unload sequence at multi-stop drops, axle balance, hazmat separation: each one is obvious on the floor and invisible to a spreadsheet.
CargoDuo evaluates the constraints together, in three dimensions, the way the trailer is actually loaded. The planner gets a plan they can hand to the dock without rebuilding it; the dock gets a sequence that matches how forklifts move; the back office gets numbers that match the bill of lading. We are building the version of this tool we wish existed when we ran a dock ourselves.

Every claim a CargoDuo plan makes — fill, axle load, unload sequence — is verifiable against the underlying constraints. No black boxes, no decorative accuracy.
Boring foundations
We invest in the unflashy work: a deterministic solver, idempotent APIs, an audit trail, and a UI that does not change layout when you blink.
Small surface area
We would rather ship one feature the dock will use every shift than ten features nobody opens. We say no to most things.
